Ausmar is an award winning Cooroy-based building company which prides itself in delivering a professional and personal service to their clients. Starting in 1993, Ausmar believes the people behind an organisation are what leads to its success. Their employees, sub-trades and suppliers are all long-term locals and have been chosen and retained because of their professional approach to undertaking their respective tasks.

The company is jointly owned by Tony Bryan and Tim Hendy. Tony is a qualified builder who started his apprenticeship in 1982 and Tim is a Chartered Accountant with a love of the building industry. They have each worked in their respective industries all of their working lives, and their mixture of skills complement each other within the building industry.

Most builders lock you into a design after signing a contract. Not at Ausmar Homes. They recognise that you might want to change things during construction… you might find a different basin and tap set or want to change the design of your kitchen. The Ausmar team go out of our way to accommodate changes wherever possible and are always happy to discuss your needs throughout the building process.

All of Ausmars employees and sub-trades are experienced local people some of them have been with them since they started. They go out of our way to build relationships and recognise that the quality of construction and service relies on all of the people they employ.
